Saint Peter

This icon is hand-painted (hand-painted) with gold leaf in carved wood and lightly aged with the traditional technique of Mount Athos. It has the signature of the hagiographer and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The Apostle Peter came from Bethesda in Galilee. He was the son of Jonah and a fisherman. His name before he met Christ was Simon. It was named after Christ Peter because he had unwavering faith like a stone.
