Hanging candle

Candles are utensils used to decorate the Holy Temple and the Holy Table. The candles hung in the images of the Saints with their light symbolize the sacrifice of the people for their faith. The chandeliers illuminate above the Holy Gate where the priest reads the Holy Gospel to the faithful during the Divine Liturgy. All candles are metal and intricately decorated.
